MX-10 successful in UK high schools:

"The MX-10 particle cameras from Jablotron have been fantastic to use with the CERN@school programme. Thanks to the UK Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), we now have 25 MX-10 units in schools around the United Kingdom and they have been fantastic for bringing to life the teaching of particle physics and radiation, and for carrying out student-led investigations beyond the curriculum. For example, some of our students have looked at the attenuation of beta radiation by sheets of aluminium. Jablotron have provided excellent technical support for the detectors and the accompanying software provides an easy-to-use interface for visualising radiation in the classroom in new, exciting way - many thanks!"

(as of 2019, there are 50 MX-10 units around UK, at universities, colleges and secondary schools )
